Blackhole is published by Lethaware. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and your data.
Sign in to Blackhole, go to Settings, then at the bottom in the "Account" section, click "Delete my account". After confirmation, your account and all your data are deleted immediately, and any active subscription is canceled automatically.
Email us at mayare.ceo@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion". Your request is processed within 30 days.
Your profile, username, bio and avatar, all your signals (posts), comments and messages, your media (images/videos), your relationships (orbits/followers), your blocked accounts, your notifications, and your subscription record.
Billing data tied to Stripe payments (legal accounting and tax obligations).
Banned device identifiers, kept for safety purposes, but no longer linked to your profile once it's deleted.
An internal verification archive (username, email, last published signals and related reports), accessible only to the moderation team, so a reported abuse can be verified even after the account is deleted. It is purged at most 12 months after deletion.
